Return & Replacement Policy
Made-to-Order Items
At frenchgraffiti.com, many of our products are made to order or custom printed specifically for you. Because of this personalized production process, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than product defect once the order has been printed and shipped. Please review all custom location spellings and/or removed word options are correct before placing your order.
Exceptions & Return Considerations
In rare circumstances, we may accept a return at our discretion. If a return is accepted, the cost of the return label will be applied to the refunded amount to cover return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Replacements
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. To qualify for a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the defect or damage.

Include a brief description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Once approved, we will issue a replacement order.
